    “3-STEP PARENTING PLAN”  

Having a plan to follow with parenting is just as important, if not more so, than planning out your finances, career, etc. 

What you can expect from this “3-Step Parenting Plan”: 

·         A more calm, confident approach to parenting

·         Clarification of what does and doesn't work

·         Respect  

The “3-Step Parenting Plan” will include 3 personal consultations with one or two parents (no children).  There must be at least one consistent parent throughout each consultation.  Time frame:  3-4 weeks. 

Step One:  Consultation/Assessment (60 minutes)  

You will be asked to answer a series of questions which include:   

·         How would you explain your parenting style? 

·         What do you hope to get out of this Parenting Plan? 

I will then proceed to more personalized questions about your parenting methods to help me identify what’s going on in the home.  I will assess what I see as positive and not so positive in your parenting style and give you very specific instructions on how to make constructive changes.     

We schedule our next consultation.  

Step Two:  Consultation/Review (60 minutes)

We will go through what has and hasn't worked since our first meeting and I will coach you on how to further customize these methods to suit your family.  Some parents will see results within hours and others won’t see results for weeks, depending on the seriousness of the issues dealt with. 

Once these effective parenting methods are in place and you see the positive results, everything will start to fall into place.     

We schedule our final consultation.  

Step Three:  Consultation/Written Parenting Plan (90 minutes) 

We will discuss how things have been going and I will present you with a written personalized Parenting Plan.  We will go through this plan together to ensure you completely understand what I have set out for you.  The more open to change and willing to learn you are the quicker and more amazing the results will be.
